The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a cute apartment due to a problem with the air conditioning in our room. Great location and delicious breakfast. Lovely place to explore.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with our room being super clean and well-organized. The daily cleaning and towel change was a nice touch. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable double bed, TV, mini fridge, and a spacious bathroom. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major museums and attractions. We also enjoyed the small tavern and cafe nearby where we had our breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to all places of interest, including Piazza Signoria and Duomo. There are also some lovely nearby restaurants to choose from. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as a kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a homely atmosphere for guests.
The wifi connection can be weak at times, although it is available most of the time.

I was initially disappointed with being moved to a different B&B for the first night, but when I returned to Sani Tourist House, I was kinda surprised. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location in the heart of Florence's historic center was fantastic. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was quite nice.
